About the Opportunity

This is more than a change management role - it's a chance to help people embrace the future of digital delivery.

Working closely with Product Owners and programme teams, you'll develop compelling cases for change, assess organisational impacts, and create strategies that drive adoption and long-term success.

You'll lead key change management activities across the programme, including:

☑️ Stakeholder engagement and influence

☑️ Change impact assessments and readiness planning

☑️ Risk and resistance management

☑️ Communications and engagement strategies

☑️ Training and learning approaches

☑️ Go-to-market planning and adoption tracking

Using proven methodologies such as Prosci ADKAR®, you'll tailor change strategies to different audiences, navigate complex stakeholder environments, and ensure people are equipped, informed, and ready to succeed.

Here's what you'll need

✅ A recognised change management qualification (e.g. Prosci ADKAR®, APMG Change Management)

✅ Proven experience applying change management principles within complex transformation or digital change programmes

✅ Strong capability in using change metrics, insights, and adoption measures to drive outcomes

✅ Experience engaging and influencing diverse stakeholder groups with varying levels of impact

✅ Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills

✅ Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools

✅ A collaborative mindset and the ability to build trusted partnerships across teams and functions

✅ Strong organisational awareness and confidence navigating dynamic programme environments

✅ A flexible, team-oriented approach when working with global colleagues and stakeholders
