As our portfolio continues to grow across Scotland, we're looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our team in either Glasgow or Edinburgh. This is an opportunity to play a leading role on complex, high-value projects across infrastructure, buildings, design and build, energy and defence sectors, supporting programmes that are critical to Scotland's future.
You'll work alongside industry-leading specialists delivering projects that support Scotland's evolving infrastructure landscape, from major transportation and urban development initiatives to strategic energy investments, defence programmes and complex industrial facilities. With landmark developments taking place across the country, including investment in Scotland's energy transition, major defence infrastructure and the continued modernisation of public assets, you'll have the opportunity to contribute to projects that make a tangible difference.
In this role, you'll be responsible for the successful delivery of technical consultancy services for a wide range of public and private sector clients. Acting as a trusted advisor, you'll lead multidisciplinary project teams and collaborate closely with clients, designers, engineers and contractors to ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently and to the highest standards of quality, programme and cost performance.
You will manage projects through the full lifecycle, taking ownership from initial planning and business case development through to design, procurement, construction and handover.
You'll bring the ability to balance competing stakeholder priorities, navigate complex project challenges and provide practical, technically sound solutions that drive successful outcomes. Beyond project delivery, you will help shape project direction, foster innovation and contribute to the continued growth of our Scotland business.

*Please note : the role is a hybrid role with min 2 days office attendance requirement.
- To be successful, you’ll bring solid experience in buildings related project management, ideally gained in design & build, consultancy, client side delivery, or multidisciplinary project settings.
- NEC 4 contract experience
- Proven Design and Build or/and large Infrastructure project experience is a must
- Membership of the Association for Project Management (or an equivalent body) is desirable, and you’ll need a strong grounding in project management principles, including planning, monitoring, and controlling delivery for both your own workload and that of your team.
- An understanding of team motivation, budget control, P&L, risk management, and governance will help you thrive, along with competence in MS Office, MS Project, Earned Value systems, and other reporting tools.
