In this newly created position, you will gain the opportunity to have real business impact, setting the strategic direction of a portfolio digital products, supporting Product Owners in the development and implementation of automation solutions that enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of design processes.

Leading a team of Product Owners(s) to advance tools through the product ideation and development lifecycle, while maintaining consistent scheduling, budgeting and performance tracking. In this position, you will be responsible for setting the strategic direction of the portfolio and supporting Product Owners to adhere to product delivery best practices, your remit will include:

  • Develop and implement the of delivery best practices.
  • Foster a collaborative and innovative culture.
  • Coordinate the planning and management of tool backlog and roadmaps, reporting on progress.
  • Ensure timely, budget-compliant, and high-quality delivery of the approved scope of works.
  • Identify and monitor dependencies, blockers and product risks.
  • Monitor Opex vs. Capex spending weekly, taking corrective actions as required.
  • Collaborate with the Communications, Marketing and Adoption teams to facilitate product growth.
  • Plan and facilitate resource forecasting and sprint planning.
  • Coordinate 3rd party vendors to manage scope, schedule and budget.
  • Ensure governance of Agile and DevOps practices throughout the development lifecycle.

Here's what you'll need

We would be delighted to hear from candidates with established experience of software development processes, including Agile practices, DevOps, and product lifecycle management who can demonstrate a real blend of experience, skill and attributes:

  • Demonstrable experience as a recognised Product Owner/Manager of digital products/tools.
  • Well established project management skills with the ability to report progress effectively.
  • Well established stakeholder management, communication and presentation skills, comfortable engaging at all levels with all and align multiple stakeholders
  • Sound Strategic problem solving and decision-making capabilities
