About the role:
We are seeking an exceptional Client AI Learning Manager to lead and grow our ‘value‑add’ AI learning offering for clients.
This is a unique opportunity to sit at the intersection of client development, cutting‑edge AI and legal innovation, designing and delivering AI training that genuinely strengthens client relationships and supports our strategic growth.

Your main responsibilities will include:
- Design, develop and deliver comprehensive AI learning programmes tailored to clients’ needs, sectors and levels of technical sophistication, delivered both virtually and in person (including some global travel).
- Translate complex AI concepts, trends and use cases into practical, accessible learning experiences for legal and business stakeholders.
- Monitor developments in AI technology, organisational governance and strategic deployment, and collaborate with the firm’s GenAI programme, Technology and Data Science teams to create new client workshops and learning offerings.
- Work with the Client Strategy team to identify and realise opportunities to deepen individual client relationships through AI learning.
- Promote Linklaters’ AI training capability in pitches, panel reviews and other client development activities.
- Raise the profile of the client AI training offering with internal stakeholders, including BDM colleagues and partners/senior lawyers.
- Monitor and assess the impact of AI training on client experience, relationship strength and business development outcomes, and refine programmes accordingly.
We are ideally looking for:
- Strong, proven experience in designing and delivering compelling training, both in person and virtually.
- A track record of building credibility with senior stakeholders, internally and with clients, ideally across different cultures and industries.
- Solid project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams and stakeholders.
- Experience working with or advising on AI, legal technology or wider digital transformation initiatives.
- A university degree or equivalent professional qualification.
- You will also demonstrate:
- A client‑centric mindset and a commitment to delivering outstanding service.
- Thorough knowledge of AI technology and trends, and an ability to stay ahead of developments.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to contribute to pitching materials and panel review submissions.
- Genuine enthusiasm for innovation and for the potential of AI to transform legal services.
This role is based at the Linklaters London office with a hybrid working model available.
