Salesforce Trainer - 4 month contract (Immediate start)

We are looking for a Salesforce Trainer to join our Technology & Data team at Linklaters on a contract basis. In this role, you will support a global Salesforce training programme, helping colleagues across the firm adopt and use the platform effectively through high-quality, practical and engaging learning.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and manage the global Salesforce training schedule, coordinating and delivering training for approximately 3,500 users across a range of audiences, including:
- Partners
- Counsel and Managing Associates
- Associates
- Secretaries
- Business Development teams, including follow-up sessions
- Deliver engaging virtual and in-person Salesforce training sessions, ensuring learners feel confident and effective in using the platform.
- Maintain and update training materials to reflect changes in Salesforce functionality, business processes, user interface updates and key messaging.
- Provide targeted one-to-one coaching and support sessions where required.
- Create, review and update learner support resources, including frequently asked questions, job aids and guidance materials.
- Transfer knowledge and upskill the business-as-usual Technology Training team to support ongoing delivery after the training programme ends.
- Work closely with the Salesforce Change and Adoption team and wider programme teams to understand requirements and training priorities.
- Work closely with the Digital Adoption and Technology Training teams to create and deliver training content in line with firm standards.
- Provide regular updates to key stakeholders on progress, priorities and delivery approach.
Your experience
- Experience delivering Salesforce end-user training in a professional services or corporate environment.
- Strong facilitation, stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to quickly understand business processes and translate them into practical learning interventions.
- Experience designing, maintaining and updating training content and learner support materials.
- Experience delivering both virtual and in-person training sessions to diverse user groups.
- Experience supporting change, adoption or system rollouts would be advantageous.
