Your role
- Designs, implements, and supports advanced AV solutions to enable seamless communication and collaboration across the firm’s global offices. Collaborates with colleagues, third parties and stakeholders to deliver robust, high-quality audio-visual experiences, leveraging the latest technologies and industry best practices to ensure reliability and innovation.
Leads delivery of AV projects in partnership with third-party integrators, ensuring consistent standards and high-quality documentation and clear standards throughout all build and deployment phases.
Provides expert third-line technical support for all global AV systems, acting as a trusted resource and escalation point for complex troubleshooting and operational issues.
Partners with regional Technology colleagues to build and strengthen local support capabilities, sharing knowledge and best practices to ensure a consistently high level of AV service.
Mentors and upskills colleagues in first and second line support teams, creating a culture of continual service improvement and knowledge sharing.
Engages in the continual review of AV technology and service delivery processes to identify and implement improvements in reliability, usability, and sustainability.
Manages and supports integration of new hardware and software, including AVoIP and intelligent building technologies.
Ensures that AV solutions are deployed securely and efficiently, with a focus on maintaining service quality, client confidentiality and security.
Responds flexibly to global business needs, including occasional out-of-hours support and travel to international sites for project delivery or issue resolution.
About you
Proven experience in designing, commissioning, and integrating AV solutions, with a strong track record of overseeing the full deployment lifecycle in professional environments.
Expertise in managing a range of AV platforms and technologies, including hybrid event solutions (such as vMix), audio and video systems, and both digital and analogue componentry.
In-depth knowledge of AV systems, including audio processing (amplifiers, digital signal processors, microphones), display setups, video conferencing platforms (Cisco, interoperability tools), and ceiling array microphone systems.
Practical experience with intelligent building technologies such as IP-based security, lighting control, and HVAC integration.
Skilled in installing, configuring, and troubleshooting AVoIP technologies (such as Crestron NVX) and Dante-enabled audio networks.
Solid understanding of core network concepts, including VLANs, DHCP, subnets, access control lists and firewalls, supporting AV service connectivity and reliability.
Experience with AV monitoring and control solutions (such as Utelogy, Crestron)
Demonstrated ability to interpret technical design drawings and ensure systems meet intended operational specifications.
Excellent communicator who can engage with stakeholders at all levels and tailor information delivery to diverse audiences.
