WORKING PATTERN

What you’ll be doing

In Customer & Commercial (C&C), we put customers at the heart of every decision, championing their voice while driving sustainable growth for the Group.

You’ll join the Rewards & Loyalty team at an exciting time, as we continue to build a market-leading, whole-of-bank rewards proposition that recognises and rewards customers for their overall relationship with Lloyds Banking Group.

As a Senior Manager, you’ll collaborate across Product teams, Digital delivery, Data, Channel, Segments and Marketing to shape and deliver compelling reward propositions that resonate with customers and deliver clear commercial value. This is a highly collaborative role, focused on bringing together diverse parts of the business to create joined-up, customer-centric experiences that deliver tangible commercial value for the business.You’ll balance creativity with commercial rigour, ensuring reward concepts are feasible, scalable and deliver against both customer and business objectives.

What we’re looking for

Essential experience and capabilities

  • 7+ years’ experience in customer propositions, rewards, loyalty, commercial strategy or a related role

  • Strong commercial and business acumen, with the ability to assess value, trade-offs and return on investment

  • Proven experience working across multiple teams to deliver complex, crosscutting initiatives

  • Ability to shape and deliver customer-centric propositions that balance experience, commerciality, risk and feasibility

  • Strong relationship management and influencing skills, with experience working with senior stakeholders

  • Clear and effective communication skills, able to articulate value and opportunity to a wide range of audiences

And any experience of these would be great

  • Experience working in financial services or other regulated environments

  • Background in rewards, loyalty, propositions or customer experience

  • Experience tracking and measuring customer and commercial outcomes

  • Exposure to platform, data, legal or risk considerations in proposition delivery
