JOB TITLE: Assistant Marketing Manager - Full Funnel (12-Month FTC)
LOCATION: Chester / Bristol / Halifax
SALARY: £40,824 - £45,360
HOURS: Full-Time
DURATION: 12-Month Fixed-Term Contract
WORKING PATTERN: Our work style is hybrid, which involves spending at least two days per week, or 40% of our time in the office.

As an Assistant Manager in Homes Full Funnel, you’ll Support the management and execution of the Customer Lifecycle Management marketing plan for the Homes business area across deepening and retention for key customer segments. Support and drive implementation, innovation, and own the results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the implementation of the deepening and retention phases of the Homes CLM plan by working in active partnership with Accelerator teams to deliver change activity aligned to the wider Full Funnel plan.
- Help create & maintain up to date reporting for all Homes Retention marketing activity. Where appropriate, build new reports using Excel & Adobe Analytics. Analyse weekly results & present key findings to internal BMX & Product stakeholders.
- Work in agile Pods to deliver against key jobs to be done that require innovation at pace. Agile Pods are temporary, lean and cross disciplinary teams that are stood up to answer tactical marketing challenges.
- Support the handover to Growth, CRM and Campaigns & Social accelerator teams for successful campaign work that can be automated and delivered as part of those teams’ BAU work.
- Stay on top of marketing trends, continuously experiment with new routes to market and continually understand and leverage new data & technology
- Maintain high standards of execution across all campaign work to ensure we deliver against target outcomes.
- Demonstrate a culture of stellar collaboration, communication and focus to enable pace of change and transformation.
Key Capabilities:
- Full Funnel Marketing Planning & Execution: Experience designing and delivering successful CLM plans across the funnel, deepening and retention customers via cross channel marketing activations that are powered by clear insight and analytical rigour to ensure we’re delivering incremental needs met growth for the business.
- Agile Models of Operating and Fast Paced: Advocates agile ways of working. Focuses on key changes required to improve marketing agility (e.g., technology, tools, organisation development, ways of working etc.). Active collaborator, connecting across multiple teams and disciplines in agile pods at pace.
- Reporting & Analytics: Good knowledge of reporting and analytic tools & software to create up to date reports on marketing activity for key stakeholders.
- Commercial Acumen: Leverages marketplace knowledge and a strong network across the teams in order to make strategic marketing prioritisation from a commercial standpoint. Uses knowledge and experience to drive the commercial return from marketing plans aligned to the Group strategy, balancing short- and long-term commercial ambitions.
- Control Management: Experience managing budgets, workflows and risks associated with their marketing plans. This includes adhering to accurate budget management and FP processes. It also includes showing the work in workflow tools like JIRA and Workfront.
- Stakeholder Management: Manages internal and external key individual and group expectations, quickly establishing credibility and fostering trust and ongoing collaboration. Anticipates and mitigates conflict and shapes views to gain long-term commitment to current and potential future change
