Join L'Oréal, the global beauty leader, as our new Logistics Organisation Team Manager, supporting the Logistics Organisation & Quality Manager by leading the Stock Control and Stock Synchro teams to achieve operational excellence, inventory accuracy, and continuous improvement across the Trafford Park, all while embodying L'Oréal's core competencies

Key Responsibilities

· Team Leadership & Coordination: Lead day-to-day activities, track KPIs to ensure targets are met, and build comprehensive training and upskilling plans.

· Performance & Analytics: Improve accuracy, efficiency, and quality by analysing daily activity patterns, managing complexity, and formulating clear action plans.

· Data management: Manage local Masterdata to prevent any operational process constraints.

· DC product life cycle: Monitor product aging, co-ordinate & manage stock destruction processes with internal & external stakeholders.

· DC storage & stock flow: Maximize storage utilization and monitor stock flow in DC.

· Internal control: Ensure correct processes are monitored & followed for sensitive movements in MNHT & SAP.

· Health, Safety & Continuous Improvement: Ensure a safe work environment and wellbeing for all. Act as a change agent to identify bottlenecks and implement productivity initiatives in Log Org team.

· Communication: Maintain open dialogue through concise instructions and feedback, ensuring clear upward reporting to management.

· System & Technical Expertise: Strong administrative and IT skills, with Manhattan WMS & SAP NEO experience being essential.

· Safety Awareness: High level of commitment to health, safety, and wellbeing protocols.

· People Leadership: Proven experience in successfully leading, managing, and motivating a team.

· Analytical & Adaptable: Excellent analytical skills to interpret data patterns, manage complexity, work well under pressure, and remain flexible.
