Your qualifications and skills
- Bachelor's degree required, advanced degree(s) and/ or applicable professional certifications (e.g., Law, Juris Doctor or CPA) preferred, and / or 7+ years of professional experience in a manager position within ethics, compliance, risk, legal, audit and/or governance in a large, multinational organization preferred
- Demonstrated credible leadership, project management, problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to offer new ideas, constructively challenge conventional wisdom, and work collaboratively towards a common objective
- Proven ability to analyze problems, make wise recommendations, and lead analysis and reporting of key metrics
- Ability to establish trust with colleagues across geographies, roles, and levels, and maintain a non-hierarchical approach with strong influencing capabilities
- Solid capabilities taking on new challenges, with a commitment to the firm's mission and values
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and drive projects to high-quality results
- Ability to operate office equipment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey information effectively to senior leaders and stakeholders
