Do you want to work on complex and pressing challenges—the kind that bring together curious, ambitious, and determined leaders who strive to become better every day? If this sounds like you, you’ve come to the right place.

Your Impact

The Partner Tax Group is responsible for the tax efficient and accurate delivery of Awards to the firm’s worldwide Partner Group (the ~3,000+ senior employees in ~70 countries who own the firm). The team collaborates closely with other firm functions such as Payroll, Benefits, Accounting and Finance, Legal, and Human Resources, as well as external advisors.
Key responsibilities include working with Partner Tax Directors to design, implement, and oversee structures that deliver Partner Awards in a tax-efficient manner aligned with the firm's tax risk standards. Your role involves advising Partners on aspects of their Award delivery, with an expectation to assume responsibility for day-to-day interactions with Partners in their respective countries over time. Coordination with Corporate Tax, Employment Tax, and Transferee Tax groups is essential to refine and implement the firm's global tax strategy appropriately.
Your position requires close collaboration with colleagues in local office Finance functions and central support functions such as Legal, Benefits, Treasury, and Finance to ensure Award delivery occurs as planned. Managing aspects of local tax audits related to Partner Award delivery and taxes is also a key responsibility. Additionally, the role provides project management and technical support on various projects that span multiple countries within the tax team.
