Your qualifications and skills
- Undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Post Graduate Degree in Business or equivalent experience. Prior familiarity with data science and/or data engineering is a plus
- 5+ years of relevant experience that demonstrates end-to-end complex problem solving from ideation to post-launch through Product/Technology development
- Experience in running complex problems and user discovery, competitive analysis and shaping a product’s value proposition
- Skills in prioritization frameworks and product performance measurement
- Ability to partner with engineering to shape functional requirements, address technical debt, and ensure readiness for release
- Experience coordinating multi squad execution or dependency management
- Experience supporting go to market activities (e.g., adoption tracking, stakeholder communications, C-level materials)
- Awareness of emerging technologies (e.g., GenAI, LLM ecosystem tools, cloud native development, modern data and engineering architectures).
- Knowledge and understanding of technical engineering best practices - such as DevSecOps practices, non-functional/security/compliance requirements, testing practices, and continuous integration
- Proficient in stakeholder management and creating storylines for presentations
- Exceptional time management to meet your responsibilities in a complex and largely autonomous work environment
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, in English and local office language(s), with the ability to adjust your style to suit different perspectives, seniority levels, and levels of technical expertise
