Your qualifications and skills
- University degree with an excellent academic record required; active Nursing license (RN, NP, or equivalent) and experience with healthcare provider strategy and operations are highly preferred
- 5+ years of experience in a hospital/clinical setting, specifically within workforce management, staffing office operations, or clinical labor consulting
- Deep interest or experience in workforce-composition optimization and labor assessment. Familiar with strategies for reducing clinician burnout, improving retention, and modernizing care models
- Demonstrated experience in quantitative data analysis and using metrics to enhance staffing efficiency and clinical workflows
- High level of entrepreneurship and professional presence to succeed in team-based settings and lead change management efforts on the ground with senior hospital leadership
- Sound ability to process complex clinical and financial information and present it clearly to multiple stakeholders across a hospital organization
- Comfortable traveling to client sites, typically 70-80% of the time
