Your Impact

You will work in the Compensation Market Intelligence (CMI) team within the Global Compensation Function (GCF). This exciting group shapes global compensation approaches for the firm and provides expertise on compensation design and delivery.
You will be expected to drive implementation of firm strategies through content expertise and project management/oversight across workstreams. Specific responsibilities may include (but are not limited to): applying technical knowledge and insights on a broad range of issues in the compensation field; shape efforts to define, design, and deliver compensation projects and programs, collaborating with functional leadership; creating and enhancing complex analytical/comp models that include standard metrics and approaches to support strategic decisions; serving as a technical specialist on relevant systems and tools, including AI; initiating and driving improvement efforts; staying current on cutting-edge external practices and trends; and considering and introducing new approaches, as appropriate.
Technical knowledge and expertise in one or more key compensation topics, along with advanced proficiency in analytic tools used in the compensation domain, are essential. Your experience supporting external clients or internal compensation teams as well as your work on projects in areas such as pay philosophy review, benchmarking analyses, range development, job architecture, incentive design, pay transparency, performance management linkage, compensation due diligence in M&A, Compensation Committee materials preparation, market pricing, and proxy analyses will be crucial.

Your qualifications and skills

  • Bachelor’s degree preferably in business, mathematics, or related field; master’s degree is a plus
  • 4+ years of relevant experience, including building financial models (Compensation, HR, or People roles preferred)
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to identify big-picture trends
  • Ability to handle high pressure work
  • Self-directed and entrepreneurial mindset
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and multitasking abilities
