Key responsibilities:
- Accountable for the performance and success of Newton’s corporate digital channels (website and social media).
- Develop a digital marketing strategy in partnership with target audience leads across our brand and marketing teams to build Newton’s digital presence in a way that supports commercial success.
- Translate Newton-wide marketing objectives into channel‑specific plans (website, SEO, paid, social)
- Optimize user journeys across static content (market pages, brand level pages, capability & propositions) & dynamic content (thought leadership, blogs, reports & case studies).
- Own the website roadmap, prioritising improvements based on client needs, data, and business priorities
- Manage external digital suppliers on technical, content and design delivery.
- Establish and embed workflow and best practices including accessibility standards.
- Digital channel reporting, resource & budget management. Optimise performance based on cost, quality, and engagement metrics.
- Own and manage Newton’s SEO efforts to support discoverability in line with our target market campaign efforts and Newton level
- Ensure GDPR-compliant data capture and consent management
- Substantial experience as a Digital Channel Manager, Digital Marketing Manager, or similar role with proven experience of scoping and delivering significant website development projects, commissioning and managing external digital suppliers
- To succeed in this role, you will have fantastic relationship building skills with the ability to influence matrix-style across multiple levels of seniority, expertise and digital capability
- You will have expertise as an online content creator and editor with knowledge of accessibility standards in digital communications
- Strong experience of working with, and advising B2B business on channel and content strategy
- Sound technical knowledge of CMS technologies, HTML & CSS.
- Experience working with both design & development teams, and understanding technical constraints
- Sound understanding of UX/UI design tools
- Experience of integrating websites with CRM
- Proven track record in complex programme / project management
- Experience in B2B digital communications, website development and management are essential.
- Experience in management consulting / professional services environments preferred.
- Analytical skills with a great attention to detail.
- This is a full time role requiring attendance in our Head Office in Oxfordshire one day per week.
