Internship - Customer Success Services Sales Intern (12 months, start date 22nd June 2026)

- Be an active member within the Sales team and assist Account Managers with sales campaigns and sales process functions to prospective and existing customers
- Contribute to lead-generation activities that align target customers to existing Sales Initiatives
- Shadow Account Managers at customer-meetings to develop skills and attributes in presentation and communication techniques
- Become familiar with the internal Sales process within the Business, so to assist with seeking deal approval and contract generation
- Build presentations and deal summaries that convey Oracle’s value proposition to the customer and the differentiators of CSS
- Participate in the reporting of sales and opportunity pipeline and become fluent in the stages that deals move through prior to closure
- Assist with organising Sales meetings, contributing ideas for agenda items and building presentations
- Identify opportunities for innovation or internal process improvement, which can be proposed to our UKI CSS management team and their direct reports for ongoing sponsorship
- Participate in a wide range of opportunities including volunteering, training programs, wellbeing initiatives and much more.
