Oracle Life Sciences is looking for an Associate Research Consultant to work on innovative Healthcare market research studies, and harness AI technology to drive success as part of our Commercial team.

What you will do
- Support the delivery of primarily quantitative commercial studies across the European Commercial Team in an autonomous way
- Build knowledge of a variety of techniques and applications of quantitative research, including AI-enabled research approaches
- Support the design of research material (screener, questionnaire)
- Perform tasks independently within each step of the project life cycle (Set up / FW / DP / Timelines / Analysis / Deliverable / Admin)
- Work with data platforms and tools to manage, clean, and analyse structured and unstructured data sets
- Apply basic Python or similar tools to support data manipulation, automation, or analysis where appropriate
- Anticipate challenges and explore technology-enabled or data-driven efficiencies to improve project delivery
- Analyse findings and draw actionable insights to meet client needs, with support
- Contribute to report writing and quality checks
- Support the design of impactful slides for reports / presentations
- Actively contribute to the creative storytelling process, thinking beyond PowerPoint
- Day-to-day client communication on tactical project aspects; presentation of research insight sections
- Seek to leverage Oracle technology, AI tools, and data platforms to improve research practices and outcomes
- Monitor own time spent on projects
Required Experience
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering, biology, agronomy, statistics, pharmacy, or a related field
- Experience with data manipulation, quantitative analysis, and visualisation tools (e.g. Displayr, Apex, IDL, DB actions, notebooks, or similar)
- Foundational understanding of data management principles (data cleaning, structuring, and quality control)
- Exposure to Python or similar programming languages for data analysis (can be through academic projects, internships, or work experience)
- Up to 2 years’ experience delivering project management in Life Sciences (market research preferred)
Preferred Experience:
- A strong Oncology and/or rare disease interest is appreciated
- Exposure to AI/ML concepts or tools (e.g. working with models, data pipelines, or AI-assisted analytics)
- Interest in AI data platforms (AIDP) or cloud-based data environments
