The Professional Qualifications (PQ) team is a 15‑person UK‑wide group that supports learners across the firm in completing their professional qualifications. As part of Learning Implementation & Reporting, we work closely with L&D, HC teams, business stakeholders, training providers and professional bodies to guide our graduates and school leavers.

Reporting to the Head of PQ, the Professional Qualifications Implementation Officer ensures PQ training is delivered efficiently for graduate and school‑leaver pathways and that high‑quality service is maintained. The role involves close collaboration with external training providers, PQ Programme Owners, and key stakeholders across L&D and the Lines of Service.

What your days will look like:

  • Build knowledge of key professional qualifications and apprenticeship requirements, while supporting clear learner communications
  • Serve as the first point of contact for learner and Career Coach queries, monitoring progress and recommending improvements
  • Coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues, maintain compliant documentation, and manage exam‑related processes
  • Support project operations including budgets, invoice processing, process standardisation, and accessibility initiatives

This role is for you if:

  • You demonstrate strong project management, organisational and budgeting capability with excellent attention to detail
  • You apply solid analytical skills and confidence in working with data to inform decisions
  • You are commercially aware, goal‑focused decisions to drive effective outcomes
  • You work both independently and collaboratively, building and maintaining productive relationships
  • You communicate confidently and clearly, both in writing and verbally, with stakeholders at all levels
  • You show high levels of motivation, positivity and adaptability, with an interest in L&D design, eLearning (including the 70‑20‑10 model) and effective use of online collaboration tools

What you’ll receive from us:

No matter where you may be in your career or personal life, our benefits are designed to add value and support, recognising and rewarding you fairly for your contributions.

We offer a range of benefits including empowered flexibility and a working week split between office, home and client site; private medical cover and 24/7 access to a qualified virtual GP; six volunteering days a year and much more.
