  • Develop commercial models, analytics, and reporting that articulate current and future TA performance, enabling data‑driven decision‑making through insight‑led storytelling.
  • Embed market intelligence to inform strategic and operational decisions, identifying opportunities to enhance programmes, services, and products.
  • Lead governance across policies, workforce models, supply chains, and technology to ensure commercial rigor, compliance, and alignment with business needs.
  • Own supplier governance and performance management across the TA supply chain, including contractual terms, scorecards, escalation management, and risk remediation.
  • Define and deliver the Talent Acquisition Technology Strategy, leading the rollout and adoption of new CoE initiatives in partnership with SMEs, stakeholders, and operational teams.
  • Drive continuous improvement across TA products, services, and experiences, championing fair and equitable hiring, candidate and hiring‑manager experience, and delivery of the TA roadmap.

This role is for you if:

  • Highly analytical, with strong commercial modelling capability and commercial acumen.
  • Proven knowledge of large‑scale Talent Acquisition operating models within complex organisations.
  • Demonstrated experience leading or influencing large‑scale transformation and change initiatives.
  • Strong background in Talent Acquisition strategy and operational excellence, with the ability to translate strategy into effective delivery.
  • Experience providing expert Talent Acquisition advisory support to senior stakeholders and business leaders.
  • Experience managing Third Party Recruitment Partners or RPOs
