About the role:
Are you a Senior Associate currently building and/or owning financial models and looking to apply your experience in a new market? Do you bring strong technical modelling capability alongside commercial awareness? Our Financial Modelling team within UK Lead Advisory & Restructuring (LA&R) Deals Insights and Analytics (DIA) is seeking experienced individuals to join us in the UK on secondment.
We are specifically looking for Senior Associates who bring proven, hands-on financial modelling experience who can quickly integrate into live deal environments and contribute from day one.
Our team delivers high-quality financial modelling and analysis to support critical client decisions across a range of situations, including corporate sell-sides, stressed and special situations M&A, and valuations.

What your days will look like:
You will leverage your existing financial modelling experience developed within PwC to support a range of live engagements.
Your responsibilities will include:
Building, reviewing, and enhancing integrated financial models to support strategic and transaction-related decisions
Applying PwC modelling best practices to deliver robust, flexible, and auditable models

Collaborating across LA&R teams to develop model assumptions and outputs, including:
Supporting Corporate Finance on sell-side business plans
Working with Restructuring teams on scenario modelling in dynamic situations
Supporting Valuations through advanced modelling techniques (DCF, options pricing, Monte Carlo)
Translating financial and operational data into clear, decision-useful insights
Performing sensitivity and scenario analysis to assess risk and value drivers
Communicating model outputs clearly to stakeholders, including senior client teams
Contributing to internal knowledge sharing and maintaining modelling standards across the team
The role is for you if:
Can demonstrate strong, hands-on financial modelling experience, including building models from first principles
Have experience working on transactions, restructuring, or valuation-related engagements
Possess a solid understanding of financial statements and how they integrate within models
Have the ability to adapt quickly to a new team and operate effectively in a fast-paced deals environment
Can show advanced Excel skills with a focus on modelling best practice
Are a strong communicator with stakeholder management skills
Consistently show proactive, collaborative approach and willingness to contribute to team development
Must possess an ACCA Qualification (or an international equivalent) or have equivalent work experience. This includes international candidates who qualify through experience in their home country
