What your days will look like:

  • As part of this team you will help design and deliver truly game changing analysis and insights to meet a range of business needs. For example:

  • Leading high profile projects to deliver analytics showcasing the drivers and equity story of a business either to management or to bidders to increase deal confidence

  • Lead projects which create of analytics to arm management with data driven insights to enable fact based decision making and drive value within the business

  • Bringing structure and clarity to complex problems and business scenarios within tight deadlines

  • Using your technical know-how and translating this for our non-technical stakeholders to support robust, evidence-based decisions

  • Reviewing & creating reports and presentations and translating our findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders

  • Having experience and a passion for coaching, mentoring and upskilling within the team in current and new techniques

  • Building and developing strong relationships at all levels both internally and externally

  • Leading on business development activities to help identify and research opportunities on new/existing client

  • Most importantly, we need you to become a business partner and strategic advisor to our clients, translating and communicating your analysis to help answer the critical commercial questions.

The role is for you if:

You will be technically-minded, and driven by solving complex problems, and you get a kick out of explaining how you do it. You’ll be working with some excellent analytical brains and varying stakeholders for our clients, and for this reason you will know how to explain the technical details to non-technical people.

You will use your commercial and financial skills to understand the drivers of a business, analyse their data and use this to provide clear insights and advice to our clients. You will:

  • Understand commercial drivers of a business and able to succinctly articulate this to stakeholders

  • Able to articulate complex financial or technical concepts to non-finance staff

  • Experience connecting disparate sources of data, structuring and cleansing it using data manipulation tools (e.g. Alteryx, SQL, Python, Power Query)

  • Experience using data visualisation tools (e.g. PowerBI)

  • Experienced in partnering with high profile clients at multiple levels

  • Experience of performing business development, assisting in pitching to clients, developing relationships

  • You will be experienced and have a keen interest in coaching and mentoring others in data & analytics; always striving to upskill and empower your teams

  • Proven capability to self motivate and learn

  • Must possess an ACA (or an international equivalent) or have equivalent work experience. This includes international candidates who qualify through experience in their home country.
