PwC is seeking an experienced Senior Events Executive to join our Event Delivery team within the Integrated Services function. As part of a team that delivers large‑scale internal Learning & Development events, you will play a pivotal role in providing expert event management guidance and executing high‑quality, end‑to‑end event experiences. We’re looking for someone who can take ownership at every stage of event delivery—bringing strong organisational skills, hands‑on event expertise, and the ability to confidently engage and influence a wide range of stakeholders. Your base office will be MoreLondon with the need to be on site at events held at external venues. Some travel may be involved as well as irregular hours (early morning, late evening, and occasional weekend working). You will be required to be in the office a minimum of 3 days a week.

What your days will look like:

  • Define clear event objectives and KPIs with stakeholders.
  • Lead all aspects of event delivery, including venue sourcing, AV, branding, suppliers, and speaker management, ensuring all contracts are completed correctly.
  • Recommend third‑party suppliers based on event needs, industry knowledge, and PwC’s preferred supplier policies.
  • Deliver events to agreed timelines, scope, and budgets.
  • Provide on‑site event management to ensure seamless execution.
  • Build strong relationships with key internal stakeholders.
  • Manage and develop effective relationships with external suppliers, negotiating competitive rates.

This role is for you if:

  • Fast‑learning, experienced event manager who adapts quickly and thrives in a large, collaborative team environment.
  • Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to multitask and deliver high‑quality events in a fast‑paced setting.
  • Positive, proactive attitude with consistently high energy.
  • Proven end‑to‑end experience delivering complex, large‑scale corporate conferences, events, and seminars in live environments.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to plan effectively, manage shifting priorities, and respond to changing requirements.
  • Able to think strategically, influence and challenge stakeholders, and remain open to constructive challenge.
  • Diplomatic, pragmatic, and politically astute, with the ability to manage expectations and support diverse stakeholder groups.
  • Confident judgement and strong problem‑solving capability.
  • Strong numeracy skills with experience managing budgets, identifying savings, and driving value.

What you’ll receive from us:

No matter where you may be in your career or personal life, our benefits are designed to add value and support, recognising and rewarding you fairly for your contributions.

We offer a range of benefits including empowered flexibility and a working week split between office, home and client site; private medical cover and 24/7 access to a qualified virtual GP; six volunteering days a year and much more.
