The Senior Manager – AI Solutions will support the design, delivery, and scaling of AI and Generative AI solutions across the Data & AI capability within CDT. The role focuses on translating complex business problems into practical AI-enabled solutions for both internal stakeholders (Lines of Service) and external clients. Working closely with product leaders, architects, engineers, and business stakeholders, the Senior Manager will help deliver AI solutions that are scalable, secure, and aligned with firm risk and Responsible AI standards. The role also contributes to the growth of CDT’s AI capability by supporting client opportunities, developing reusable solution assets, and enabling multidisciplinary teams to deliver production-grade AI solutions across sectors.

What your days will look like:

• Translate business challenges into secure, high‑quality, and scalable AI architectures and solutions
• Work with clients and internal stakeholders to shape AI use cases, provide technical guidance, and support proposals and demonstrations
• Apply modern AI engineering practices including testing, monitoring, and evaluation frameworks
• Develop reusable AI accelerators such as reference architectures, prompt libraries, and solution templates
• Collaborate with data and platform teams to ensure AI solutions are built on governed, high‑quality, AI‑ready data
• Embed Responsible AI principles, including privacy, security, fairness, and regulatory compliance, into solution design and delivery
• Lead and mentor multidisciplinary teams, fostering collaboration and building AI capability across the wider organisation

This role is for you if you have:

• Proven experience delivering AI and Generative AI solutions into production, translating complex business problems into scalable, real‑world solutions
• Strong background in modern AI architectures, including LLMs, RAG, AI agents, prompt engineering, orchestration patterns, and AI development toolchains
• Hands‑on experience operationalising AI through data pipelines, feature engineering, model lifecycle management practices.
• Experience working across client engagements, proposals, and transformation programmes, with robust monitoring and evaluation frameworks in place
• Strong understanding of modern cloud data platforms, including lakehouse architectures, data fabrics, enterprise data ecosystems, and associated governance, metadata, and semantic layers
• Solid knowledge of Responsible AI principles, including model risk, bias mitigation, explainability, privacy, and AI governance practices
• Proven technical leadership with the ability to lead complex deliveries, collaborate across business, technology, and risk teams, and maintain continuous professional development through ongoing learning, certifications, and engagement with emerging AI practices
