What your days will look like:

Delivery:

• Deliver business planning aspects of Finance Transformation projects, in mixed PwC/client teams.

• Shape and realise process designs and solutions and prioritise delivery of business benefits.

• Unearth further service opportunities while embedded within client environments.

Business Development:

• Innovate and develop cutting-edge concepts from ideas to reality.

• Build enduring connections with client stakeholders.

• Pioneer Finance Transformation thought leadership by collaborating with peers in Finance Strategy, ERP Transformation and related fields.

Practice Development:

• Supporting internal asset development and cross training to other team members.

This role is for you if you have:

• Experience delivering end to end business planning process design and operating model delivery, ideally within large multinationals.

• Strong track record in fostering finance process change enabled by technology, either as a seasoned consultant or a senior finance professional.

• Good understanding of how digital technology and AI is reshaping the finance landscape.

• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with an emphasis on influencing and driving change in complex environments.

• A business and finance process-oriented mindset that seamlessly integrates technology and finance concepts.

• Creative, inquisitive, and unafraid to challenge the status quo.

• Preference will be given to candidates that understand accounting and finance, especially those who hold a Professional Accounting designation (ACA/CIMA/ACCA or international equivalent)

• Experience delivering solutions with leading EPM products such as SAP, Oracle, OneStream, Anaplan, Workday Adaptive, Tagetik, or Board is desirable.

• Experience of working with other emerging technologies (e.g. Agentic Process Automation, AI, Machine Learning etc) is desirable.
