About the role
PwC are celebrating a decade of successful Workday project delivery with major UK and global clients. To capitalise on this success, we are currently looking for experienced Workday P2P/O2C Lead to join our established and growing Workday Consulting Team.
What your days will look like:
Own end-to-end delivery for multi-workstream Workday Financials programmes spanning P2P/O2C, from discovery and design through to deployment and post-go-live assurance.
Define solution architecture across Procurement, Supplier Accounts, Expenses, Banking & Settlement, Customers, Receivables, Billing/Revenue, Tax and Accounting, ensuring a coherent design with Controls and R2R.
Lead executive-level workshops, challenge requirements, and translate business objectives into pragmatic Workday designs and delivery plans.
Shape data, integration and reporting strategies (incl. supplier/customer masters, invoice processing, bank reconciliations, settlements, dunning, revenue operations).
Set delivery standards, manage RAID, ensure quality gates, and govern onshore/offshore delivery teams; mentor managers and senior consultants.
Drive commercial outcomes: scope, estimates, proposals and change control; support proposition development and business development.
Ensure regulatory, tax and control requirements are embedded (e.g., segregation of duties, audit readiness, e-invoicing/PEPPOL where relevant).
Partner across HR/Financials, Integrations, Prism/Accounting Centre and Adaptive to deliver cross-platform value.
This role is for you if:
You have a strong background in Finance Transformation Consulting experience leading mid-large sized teams.
You are Workday P2P/O2C certified.
You have strong credentials across Procurement, Supplier Accounts, Expenses, Customers, Receivables, Billing/Revenue, Banking & Settlement and Tax; able to set the design direction.
You have demonstrable record of managing people, including onshore and offshore resources.
You can quickly build relationships with our clients and across our networked organisation, being able to gain immediate credibility and adapting your style to suit your audience.
