About the Role

PwC is significantly growing its SAP capability to meet increasing client demand for complex business transformation programmes across Manufacturing, Consumer Goods, Life Sciences, Automotive, Industrial Products, Energy and Utilities sectors. We are looking for experienced SAP Supply Chain Solution Architects who have led the design and delivery of large-scale SAP S/4HANA transformation programmes spanning planning, manufacturing, procurement, warehousing, logistics and sales.

The ideal candidate will combine deep SAP expertise with strong business process design, transformation leadership and executive stakeholder management capabilities. You will work closely with C-level business and technology leaders to define future-state operating models, shape solution architecture and deliver measurable business outcomes.

What your days will look like:

  • Leading the design and delivery of SAP S/4HANA Supply Chain solutions across planning, manufacturing, procurement, warehousing, logistics, quality management, product lifecycle management and sales fulfilment processes

  • Leading end-to-end business process design and operating model discussions across complex transformation programmes.

  • Collaborating with Finance, Commercial and Enterprise Architecture teams to ensure end-to-end solution integrity

  • Facilitating architecture and design workshops with executive stakeholders, business leaders and programme sponsors.

  • Defining target-state business capabilities, global templates and process harmonisation strategies.

  • Leading cross-functional teams of consultants, developers, integration specialists and data architects

  • Acting as a trusted advisor to client leadership teams and influencing key architecture and transformation decisions.

  • Driving adoption of SAP best practices, fit-to-standard principles and clean-core architecture approaches.

  • Contributing to business development, proposal responses, client pursuits and thought leadership activities.

  • Coaching and developing future architects across the PwC SAP practice

This role is for you if:

  • You have led the solution architecture and business process design for multiple end-to-end SAP S/4HANA Supply Chain transformation programmes.

  • You have experience across multiple supply chain domains including planning, manufacturing, procurement, warehousing, logistics, sales fulfilment and supply chain execution.

  • You have delivered complex transformation programmes across multiple industries such as Manufacturing, Consumer Goods, Life Sciences, Automotive, Industrial Products, Energy, Utilities, Chemicals or Retail.

  • You are able to operate credibly with C-level stakeholders and translate complex business challenges into transformation roadmaps and solution architectures.

  • You have demonstrable experience leading architecture decisions, design authority forums and governance processes across large programmes.

  • You have strong knowledge of SAP Best Practices, fit-to-standard delivery approaches and SAP Activate methodology.

  • You have experience developing global templates and harmonised business processes across multi-country deployments.

  • You can demonstrate ownership of complex business process transformations rather than solely module-specific delivery responsibilities.

  • You are comfortable operating in agile, hybrid-agile and traditional delivery environments.

  • You have excellent communication, stakeholder management and consulting skills.
