About the role:

The Nursing Associate will play a key role in delivering high-quality, safe, and person-centred care to patients attending EPPH clinics. Working as part of a multidisciplinary team, the post holder will support clinicians in the assessment, planning, delivery and evaluation of patient care, ensuring care is delivered efficiently in a fast-paced corporate primary care environment.

The role requires clinical skills, excellent communication, and a professional, patient-focused approach, maintaining the highest standards of confidentiality, dignity and customer service at all times in line with EPPH standards.

What your days will look like:

  • Deliver delegated clinical care within scope, including observations (BP, pulse, temperature, BMI, oxygen saturation), procedures (phlebotomy, ECGs, wound care, spirometry, screenings) and administering vaccinations where authorised; prepare clinical areas and support consultations.
  • Support corporate health screening programmes and preventative care, including lifestyle assessments; provide basic health advice, promote early intervention, and signpost patients appropriately.
  • Provide high-quality, patient-centred care in a corporate clinic environment, ensuring clear communication, dignity, privacy and support for patients before, during and after procedures.
  • Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to maintain efficient clinic flow; accurately document care in electronic systems, uphold confidentiality, and contribute to safety, quality, governance and continuous professional development.

This role is for you if:

  • You’re a registered Nursing Associate (NMC) with 3+ years’ experience, confident in core clinical skills including observations, phlebotomy and ECGs within a patient-facing environment.
  • You bring exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to deliver high-quality, customer-focused care in a fast-paced clinical setting.
  • You are highly organised, manage time effectively, and can adapt to changing clinic demands with flexibility and professionalism.
  • Experience in GP, occupational health or corporate healthcare settings, along with knowledge of health screening and preventative care, is advantageous.
  • You’re comfortable working with multidisciplinary teams and using clinical systems (e.g. Semble), with competencies in immunisations and vaccinations desirable.
  • You uphold high standards of governance, safety and presentation, and are committed to professionalism, continuous development, and excellent patient service.
