About the role:
Partner Office is looking to recruit a Senior Associate to work in the Partner Office Legal sub-team which deals with partner terms and legal obligations across the partner lifecycle from admission to retirement and post-retirement. The Legal sub-team is involved in a lot of cross-group working in particular with the Partner Annuities, Partner Admissions and Partner Income teams in Partner Office, as well as with the firm’s Personal Independence and other risk management and compliance teams, and have regular interactions with PwC Legal, Board Secretariat, OGC and Operations in each LoS.
The successful candidate will be an integral part of the team reporting to the Partner Office Legal Director, working to the Partner Office Legal Senior Manager and Manager, as well as working alongside another Senior Associate.
This role is based in the London Embankment Place Office. It is 5 days a week within the guidelines of empowered flexibility.
What your days will look like:
- Build and maintain trusted relationships across the firm, communicating with impact to a wide range of stakeholders and delivering clear, high-quality outputs
- Support the Partner Office Legal team by managing competing priorities, responding to ad-hoc requests and delivering work aligned to strategic business objectives
- Own key legal processes across the partner lifecycle, including drafting and managing documentation for admissions, reviews and retirements, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery
- Drive end-to-end activities and governance, supporting meetings, maintaining systems of record and identifying opportunities to enhance processes, quality and efficiency
