What your days will look like:
Lead the delivery and evolution of workplace strategy across UK locations, ensuring change initiatives support business objectives and workplace transformation programmes.
Design and deliver engaging change and communication plans through presentations, workshops, training, events, stakeholder engagement activities, and digital channels.
Use data, insights, and feedback from surveys, interviews, workplace evaluations, and other analysis activities to shape decisions and continuously improve workplace experiences and processes.
Build strong relationships across the organisation, acting as a trusted advisor and key contact for change, engagement, and communication activities while developing and inspiring networks of change champions.
This role is for you if:
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, delivering high-quality outcomes to deadlines in fast-paced and evolving environments.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to engage, influence, and build relationships at all organisational levels.
Experience leading and supporting change management and organisational development initiatives, applying people-focused approaches to drive adoption and engagement.
Skilled in facilitating workshops, presentations, and engagement activities, including sessions with senior leaders and diverse stakeholder groups.
Experience delivering workplace transformation programmes, including office relocations, return-to-office initiatives, real estate projects, and technology adoption.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills, with proficiency in digital workplace tools, reporting platforms, and data visualisation solutions such as Power BI.
