Oracle Alliance Manager
Full-time
Reading, UK · London, UK
About the role:
We are looking for a commercially minded Oracle Alliance Manager to join our Alliances team and help drive growth through our strategic relationship with Oracle.
The role will focus on turning the alliance into tangible commercial opportunities by connecting Oracle capabilities with our client relationships, industry expertise and propositions. You will work across our business and with Oracle to identify and shape opportunities, develop joint go-to-market activity and support opportunities through the sales cycle.
This is a highly collaborative role requiring an individual who can build strong relationships, navigate complex organisations and bring together the right people and capabilities to turn opportunities into action.
What your days will look like:
Identify, qualify and shape Oracle-related opportunities across priority sectors and accounts, supporting opportunities from early qualification through to successful closure, while maintaining visibility of the Oracle opportunity pipeline.
Provide insight into Oracle capabilities, propositions, market trends and relevant use cases to support client partners, account teams and business development activities.
Collaborate with pursuit, account and industry teams to develop proposals, presentations and compelling client value propositions, bringing together our capabilities with Oracle technology and solutions.
Build and maintain strong relationships with Oracle stakeholders, aligning capabilities, industry knowledge and client priorities to drive joint growth opportunities, go-to-market initiatives and client engagement activities.
Work closely with alliance leaders, account teams and Oracle stakeholders to support business planning, pipeline management, governance compliance, collaboration across teams, and build awareness of the Oracle alliance across the business.
This role is for you if:
You have experience in alliances, partnerships, business development, sales or a related commercial role, ideally within technology or professional services.
You bring a strong commercial mindset, with experience identifying, developing and progressing opportunities, and contributing to pipeline and revenue growth.
You have strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to engage and influence stakeholders across large and complex organisations.
You can connect people, capabilities and client needs, translating strategic priorities into practical commercial opportunities.
You have experience working collaboratively with account, sales, industry, pursuit and technical teams to develop client propositions and progress opportunities.
You possess strong communication, presentation and facilitation skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.
You take a proactive and organised approach, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, create momentum, deliver through influence rather than direct authority, and understand how strategic technology alliances create value for clients.
What you’ll receive from us:
No matter where you may be in your career or personal life, our benefits are designed to add value and support, recognising and rewarding you fairly for your contributions.
We offer a range of benefits including empowered flexibility and a working week split between office, home and client site; private medical cover and 24/7 access to a qualified virtual GP; six volunteering days a year and much more.
