About the role:
Join our Corporate Affairs team and help shape how the firm measures and demonstrates its community impact. Reporting to the Corporate Affairs Reporting & Programme Manager, this role supports the collection, analysis and reporting of community investment data, while helping manage key community programmes. Working with colleagues across Corporate Affairs, Finance, the PwC Foundation and external suppliers, you will maintain accurate reporting processes, oversee programme information and support budget management. This opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, improving processes, collaborating with stakeholders and delivering high-quality governance, reporting and operational support.
What your days will look like:
- Lead the collection, validation and reporting of community impact data, delivering accurate insights for internal reporting, external disclosures and stakeholder decision-making.
- Produce meaningful dashboards, management information and analysis, while improving reporting processes, controls and documentation to enhance data quality, consistency and assurance.
- Manage and develop the community reporting platform, providing user support, troubleshooting and driving continuous system and service improvements through supplier collaboration.
- Support effective governance of community programmes by monitoring budgets and expenditure, coordinating compliance and risk activities, contributing to social value reporting, and championing process innovation and AI-enabled ways of working.
This role is for you if:
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, interpret and present data-driven insights that support effective decision-making.
- Advanced expertise in Microsoft Excel, with experience using reporting, analytics and visualisation tools such as Power BI and Alteryx.
- Proven ability to manage complex datasets, reporting processes and data quality controls, ensuring accurate and reliable outcomes.
- Exceptional attention to detail, with a commitment to delivering high-quality, accurate and auditable information.
- Excellent organisational, project management and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate across all levels.
- Proactive and solutions-focused mindset, with experience driving continuous improvement in data analysis, reporting, programme management, business operations or related environments.
