As a Services Co-Ordinator you will provide excellent support for sales & services to a portfolio of customers and internal staff. The role is customer-facing and requires you to be reactive to issues that you are aware of before it becomes a problem for the customer.

What you will be doing:

  • Deliver excellent customer service, managing day-to-day enquiries relating to orders, products, returns, and services

  • Process and fulfil customer orders, including quotations, sales/work orders, acknowledgements, and ERP system updates

  • Build strong relationships with customers, internal teams, suppliers, and service partners to ensure customer needs are met

  • Monitor order progress, stock availability, delivery expectations, and customer accounts to support efficient service delivery

  • Support customer issue resolution, including logging complaints in line with ISO 9001:2015 and coordinating technical support where required

  • Coordinate travel, accommodation, and hospitality arrangements for Service Support staff and visiting customers

  • First level Export Control classification of spares and in service equipment

Preferred Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a Customer Service environment

  • Level 2 Qualification in Business & Administration OR Customer Service (desirable)

  • Proficiency in MS Office, Word, Excel (pivot tables), Powerpoint (On-the-job training will be provided for all relevant business IT systems.)

  • Relevant SAP/ERP experience

  • Accurate data entry and attention to detail experience

  • An organised approach to tasks

  • Able to adapt and respond quickly to changing requirements

  • Must be fluent in both written and spoken English.

  • Must be competent in both literacy and numeracy.
