Key Accountabilities:
- •Primary role of assembling Electronic PCB’s / Units to a high specification.
- •Ability to follow standard operating procedures as required.
- •Quality checks own work to ensure it meets the required standards and completes the relevant documentation accordingly.
- •Raising of Non-Conformance documentation and assisting the Team and Management in root cause analysis and corrective action implementation.
- •Maintain all relevant operational control processes such as visual management boards and planning schedules.
- •Maintains equipment by ensuring TPM, 5S, calibration is adhered to.
- •Follows health, safety and environmental procedures and regulations.
- •Works in an integrated team to achieve the cells targets.
- •Other duties may be assigned by the Production Leader.
Qualifications:
- •Experience in manufacturing operations & production environment.
- •Good manual dexterity skills.
- •Previous Aerospace manufacturing experience advantageous.
- •Knowledge & experience of a wide range of inspection techniques.
- •IT Skills (MES/Microsoft applications/etc).
