Account Manager
Verisk Analytics
As an Account Manager, you will:
- Own, nurture and grow B2B client relationships through proactive engagement via written communication, calls, virtual meetings, and in-person interactions.
- Identify and capitalize on upsell and cross-sell opportunities for subscription and advisory services.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Client Success, Product & Data Analytics and Consulting teams to deliver tailored solutions and maximize client value.
- Represent Maplecroft at client offices and industry events.

This role is pivotal in managing a diverse portfolio of European corporate accounts across sectors including energy, retail and consumer goods, fashion, luxury goods, and trading. (London Hybrid)
- Proven success in client-facing sales roles in a data or SaaS solutions business.
- Strong method in consultative selling across the whole sales cycle from discovery to closing and customer servicing.
- Strong commercial acumen and ability to translate client needs into revenue opportunities.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with experience engaging senior stakeholders.
- Resilient, persistent, and results-driven with a growth mindset.
- Ability to work autonomously on client management tasks with minimal supervision.
- Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative client engagement strategies.
- Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and experience in the working across multiple sectors or consulting environment advantageous.
- Interest in sustainability, political risk, and global affairs.
- Additional European language skills (French, Italian, Spanish, German) highly desirable.

- Maintain accurate pipeline and activity records in Salesforce, ensuring timely renewals and revenue forecasting.
- Champion cross-selling initiatives to expand client engagement with Maplecroft’s portfolio.
