As a Senior Scrum Master, you will be responsible for establishing and embedding strong Scrum Master practices while fostering a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, and transparency. You will work closely with Product Managers, Product Owners, Engineering Leads, and senior leaders to support our product‑centric operating model and ensure Agile teams are empowered to deliver value end‑to‑end.
This is a senior, strategic role with real impact: once the foundations are in place, you will help scale Agile ways of working across the organisation, with the potential to mentor and lead a community—or team—of Scrum Masters. You will act as an Agile thought leader, balancing pragmatic delivery with coaching, data‑driven insights, and cultural change.

We are looking for an experienced Senior Scrum Master to join our Enterprise Project Management Office (EPMO) and play a key role in scaling Agile practices across our organisation. Based in Málaga (hybrid), this role offers the opportunity to influence Agile delivery at scale, partner with senior stakeholders, and help teams deliver meaningful, customer‑focused outcomes.
- Proven experience as a Senior Scrum Master or Agile Coach, with leadership and people‑management experience
- Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, Lean, etc.) and how to apply them pragmatically
- Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels
- Demonstrated experience coaching teams toward high‑quality, continuous delivery
- Customer‑focused mindset with a passion for outcome‑driven delivery
- Hands‑on experience with Agile tooling (e.g. Jira, Confluence) and data visualisation tools (e.g. Power BI)
- Advanced Agile certifications (e.g. PSM III, SAFe Program Consultant, ICAgile Coach, CSP‑SM, facilitation certifications)
- Experience with Lean Portfolio Management is a plus
- Act as a senior Agile leader, supporting and evolving the organisation’s Agile delivery framework
- Coach, mentor, and develop Scrum Masters and Agile teams, promoting high standards of facilitation and delivery
- Partner with Product and Engineering leadership to enable effective, outcome‑driven execution
- Remove systemic impediments and optimise delivery flow across multiple teams
- Drive consistency and alignment of Agile practices while remaining flexible to team needs
- Use quantitative and qualitative metrics (predictability, throughput, quality, flow) to inform continuous improvement
- Champion a culture of psychological safety, collaboration, experimentation, and learning
- Facilitate team‑level and organisational‑level retrospectives and improvement initiatives
- Build and nurture a Scrum Master community of practice and contribute to Agile capability development
